RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Ruby F. Little is the Executive Secretary of <br /> <br /> the Cabarrus County Board of Elections, hav~ing served in said position <br /> <br /> since April 1971, and has at all times since her appointment as Executive <br /> Secretary conducted herself in a competent, efficient, and courteous manner <br /> and has operated said office in a fair and impartial manner; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the General Election of 1972 was the first <br /> <br /> General Election in which Mrs. Little served and in preparing for said <br /> election 1VIES.
