Ga 1 limore <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner <br /> <br />seconded by Commissioner James <br /> <br />the following resolution was unanimously adopted: <br /> <br /> "WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Harrisburg <br />by resolution adopted June 14, 1973, has requested that the <br />Caharus County Commissioners collect the municipal tax levied <br />by said Town Council for the 1973-74 fiscal year; and whereas, <br />the Cabarrus County Commissioners desire to cooperate with <br />the Town Council of the Town of Harrisburg; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tax Collec- <br />tor of Cabarrus County collect the municipal tax levied by the <br />Town of Harrisburg for the 1973-74 fiscal year." <br /> <br /> z// Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk (Ac t:ing) <br /> <br /> <br />
