H~n~ett made ~otion that Attorney Boger be authorized to draw up a Resolution <br /> <br />honoring Dale McCray for his services with the Recreation Co~nission. Motion <br /> <br />seconded by McClary and vote carried. <br /> <br /> Motion by McClary, seconded by Calli~ore, to authorize the advertising of bids <br /> <br />for a plain paper copies. Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Gallimore made motion authorizing C~unty Administrator Wade to purchase <br /> <br />IBM Typewriters and calculators as needed by the differant dep&rt~aents. Notion <br /> <br />seconded by McClary and vote carried. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of McClary, seconded by James the following Resolution was passed <br /> <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> "BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the County of Cabarruss <br /> <br />1. That the contract between the County of Cabarrus and the North Carolina <br />Criminal Justice Training and Standards Council be and the sa~e is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. This the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and the Clerk be and they <br />are hereby authorized to sign and execute the said contract for and on behalf <br />of the County of Cabarrus and forward the sa~e to the North Carolina Criminal <br />Jusitce Training and Itandards Council. <br /> <br />3. That upon final execution a copy of said contract be filed with the minutes.~ <br /> <br /> McClary made motion that the Youth Domestic Bureau and Educational Incentive <br /> <br />Resolutions be extended for another year.
