Bids for a station wagon were received as follows: <br /> <br /> Art Thomas Chevrolet $3,467.22 <br /> Beasley-Cross Chevrolet $3,253.54 <br /> Wil-Mar Dodge $3,~95.97 <br /> Hilbish Motor Company $3,655.20 <br /> <br /> McClary made motion to accept the low bid of $3,253.54 from Beasley-Cross <br /> <br />Chevrolet. Motion seconded by James and vote carried. <br /> <br /> B. S. Brown, Jr., representing the Kannapolis Sanitary District, presented the <br /> <br />Resolution Relating to the Annexation of Territory to the Kannapolis Sanitary <br />District. McClary made motion, seconded by Gallimore and carried unanimously, to <br />adopt the resolution. This resolution is recorded on pages 264 through 269 and <br />becomes a part of these minutes. <br /> <br /> B. S. Brown, Jr., representing the Board of Elections, stated that the <br /> <br />salary of the registrar had been increased to twenty five dollars ($25.00) <br /> <br />for serving on election day. <br /> <br /> McClarymade motion to accept the revaluation standards and rules for real <br /> <br />property for the 1975 revaluation as recommended by Terry Rowland, Tax Supervisor, <br /> <br />and Associated Surveys, Inc. Motion seconded by Hammett and vote carried. <br /> <br /> The Board turned over the road petitions to the Planning and Zoning Board <br /> <br />for their recommendations. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Clerk ~o the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
