Commissioner McClary made motion, seconded by Commissioner James and carried, <br />to adopt Alternate 3 of the state pay plan which puts us one below standard with a <br />ten percent (10%) increase. <br /> <br /> Chairman Hawfield recessed the meeting until 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> At 4:00 p.m. Chairman Hawfield reconvened the meeting and various departmental <br />budgets were discussed.
