Section 1. The 1973-74 Annual Operati~g Budget OrdJnance as <br />adopted on July 9, 1973, and recorded on Page 225 of Minute Book ]6, be <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) That the budgeted amounts for departmental, accc. unts <br /> as itemized 't.n Paragraph ] of th:i.E.', ordin;m('e b~ <br /> increased in the amounts as shown, total:l.n~;, f;202,934.41. <br /> <br /> (b) That the budgeted amounts for departments as itemized <br /> in Paragraph 2 of this ordinance be decreased in the <br /> amount of the unexpended, totaling $137,067.11 (as per <br /> detailed breakdown of individual accounts enumerated in <br /> thim ordinance), with that total being re-distributed <br /> among the over-expended. <br /> <br /> (c) That $65,867.30 of the excess revenue collection~ be <br /> distributed among the over-expended. <br /> <br /> (d) That budgeted revenue be increased in the amount of <br /> $65,867.30 making total Revenue Budget $1,934,560.42. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the overall 1973-74 Annual Operating <br />Budget Ordinance as adopted on July 9, 1973, be increased from the total <br />of $1,868,693.12, a net increase of $65,867.30. <br /> <br /> This 9th day of September 1974. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> . ~ ~ , · COUNTY OF CABARRUS <br /> <br />......
