Upon motion by Commissioner McClary, seconded by Commissioner Gallimore <br /> <br />and carried, to accept the Audit Report for Community Relations Commission. <br /> <br /> Commissioner McClary made motion to authorize Chairman Hawfield to execute <br /> <br />the contract with Peirson & Whitmen, Inc., Consulting Engineers for their services <br />for Cabarrus County Sanitary Sewer Extension. Motion seconded by Commissioner James <br />and vote carried. <br /> <br /> Commissioner James made motion authorizing Chairman Hawfield to sign the <br /> <br />Right of Way Encroachment Contract with the State Board of Transportation for the <br />sewage outfall line to the County Building. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hammett <br />and vote carried. <br /> <br /> The Board instructed Attorney Boger to draw up an ordinance which would <br /> <br />prohibit a "Going Out of Business" sale from lasting more than a month. <br /> <br /> Commissioner James made motion, seconded by Commissioner Gallimore and carried, <br /> <br />to accept the road petition for Clover Road Extension - Request for addition. <br /> <br /> Having no futher business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Cler~ to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
