Commissioner Hinson made motion, seconded by Commissioner McOlary and carried, to <br />accept the following road petitions: Zion Church Road addition to system and SR1346 <br />request for improvement including paving. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Milloway made motion to proclaim April 1 and 2, 1975 as Community <br />Resources Days as recommended by the Cabarrus County Inter-Agency Council. Motion <br />seconded by Commissioner Hammett and vote carried. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Hinson and carried, <br /> <br />to appoint Miss Frances Bounds to the Bicentennial Committee. <br /> <br /> Commissioner McClary made motion to authorize Chairman Hawfield to appoint a committee <br />to determine the best solution to the dog leash law problem. Motion seconded by <br />Commissioner Milloway and vote carried. <br /> <br /> D. Manuel Kiser appeared before the Board to complain about their seeking the right <br /> <br />to use eminent domain procedures. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Hammett made motion to extmnd the terms of George Barrier, Edward Overcash <br />and Troy Camp on the Planning and Zoning Board to September 1975.
