Cannon, <br /> Mills and the Board each agrees to continue to maintain <br /> and operate their respective existing sewage treatmen~ <br /> plants as primary and secondary treatment facilities to <br /> the degree permitted by the capacities of these p~ants for <br /> so long as it is technologically feasible and practicable, <br /> but nothing herein shall be construed to be a dedication <br /> to the public by Cannon Mills of its existing sewage <br /> treatment plant or any part thereof. <br /> <br /> 10.
