are granted for construction of the Plant, pay to the <br /> Board, in accordance with an EPA approved tndustri'al cost <br /> recovery program, that portion of the amount of the federal <br /> construction grants which is allocable to the treatment bY <br /> the Plant of the industrial wastes of Cannon Mills. <br /> <br /> 2. Amount of. Payments. The payments to be made <br /> hereunder for the construction of the Plant sh~ll be made - <br /> in the following amounts: <br /> <br /> a. The Board will'p~y forty-one and sixty- <br /> seven percent (41.67%) of the sum of the local <br /> costs and the site acquisition costs; <br /> <br /> .b. The County shall pay sixteen and sixty-six <br /> percent (16.66%) of the sum of the local costs and <br /> the site acqUisition costs; and <br /> <br /> c. Cannon Mills shall pay forty-one and <br />sixty-seven percent (41.67%) of the sum of the <br />local costs and the site acquisition costs. <br />Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the' <br />Board, the County~ and Cannon Mills shall be obligated to <br />make payments hereunder for the construction of the Plant <br />only to the extent of' the sum of the local costs and the <br />site'acquisition costs. <br /> <br /> 3. Time of Payments.
