It is estimated that the following revenues will be available in the Capital <br />Project - Courthouse Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976, and ending June 30, 1977: <br /> <br /> Fund Balance Appropriated $ .89~000 <br /> <br /> Section 12. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in the Capital Projects funds for <br />the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976, and ending June 30, 1977: <br /> <br /> Soil Survey $ 12~000 <br /> <br /> Section 13. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available in the Capital <br />Projects Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976, and ending June 30, 1977: <br /> <br /> Contribution from General Fund $ 12~000 ~ <br /> <br /> Section 14. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in the Public Assistance Fund <br /> <br />for administration of the payments to recipients of public assistance for the fiscal year <br />beginning July 1, 1976, and ending June 30, 1977: <br /> <br /> AA Appropriations & AD Appropriations $ 384,000 <br /> AFDC Appropriations 1,485,900 <br /> Medicaid Appropriations 153~388 <br /> <br /> Section 15. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available in the Public <br />Assistance Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976, and ending June 30, 1977: <br /> <br /> State & Federal Aid - AA & AD $ 192,000 <br /> State & Federal Aid - AFDC 1,248,379 <br /> Contributions from General Fund 582~.909 <br /> <br /> Section 16. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Revaluation Fund for <br /> <br />the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976, and ending June 30, 1977: <br /> <br /> Contracted Services - Revaluation $ 11,000 <br /> Board of Equalization 1,000 <br /> Capital Reserve - Revaluation 82~000 <br /> <br /> $ 94,000 <br /> <br /> Section 17. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available in the Revaluation <br />Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976, and ending June 30, 1977: <br /> <br /> Contributions from General Fund $ 51,000 <br /> Fund Balance Appropriated 43,000 <br /> Interest Earned on Investments None <br /> <br /> $ 94,000 <br /> <br /> Section 19. There is hereby levied a tax at the rate of sixty-one (61¢) cents per one <br />hundred dollars valuation of property listed for taxes as of January 1, 1976, for the purpose <br />of raising the revenue listed as "Current Year Property Taxes" in the General Fund in Section <br />3 of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> This rate of tax is based on as estimated total valuation of property for the purpose of <br />taxation of $911,000,000 and an estimated collection rate of 94%. The estimated rate of <br />collection is based on the fiscal 1975/76 collection rate. <br /> <br /> Section 20. The County Manager and Financial Officer is hereby authorized to transfer <br />appropriations within a fund as contained herein under the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />
