a. He may transfer amounts between objects of expenditure within a department without <br /> <br /> limitation and without a report being requested. <br /> <br /> b. He may transfer amounts up to $1,000 between departments of the same fund with an <br /> official report of such transfers at the next regular meeting of the Board of <br /> Commissioners. <br /> <br /> c. He may not tranfer any amounts between funds nor from any contingency appropriation <br /> <br /> within any fund. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of July, 1976 <br /> <br /> County Manager, Charles McGinnis reported that the Local Government Commission recommended <br /> <br />a $50,000 bond for the finance officer. Commissioner Hammett made motion that a $50,000 bond <br /> <br />be obtained for the finance officer. Motion seconded by Commissioner Cook and vote carried. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Hammett, seconded by Commissioner Milloway and carried, <br /> <br />to go into executive session to discuss attorney-client matters. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner Hammett seconded by Commissioner Milloway to conclude <br /> <br />executive session. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
