Motion seconded by Commissioner Hammett and vote carried. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Milloway made motion to send five youths, one from <br />each high school, to the Youth Legislative Conference. Motion <br />seconded by Commissioner McClary and vote carried. <br /> <br /> County Manager Charles McGinnis reported that work has begun <br />on the budget and gave the commiSsioners a proposed schedule for <br />budget action. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to a request from the recreation department, the <br />Board felt it would be better if they remained in the Coca Cola <br />Building since they are scheduled to move to the county building <br />on Cabarrus Avenue when they are renovated. <br /> <br /> The cldsing of the Community Relations Commission is <br />progressing smoothly. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
