126 <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />That the Concord Department of Housing and <br />Community Planning is hereby designated as <br />the "delegate" agency to contract through <br />the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City <br />of Concord, with the Dept. of Natural Resources <br />and Community Development to operate a <br />weatherization assistance program in and for <br />Cabarrus County, North Carolina <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />That said weatherization assistance program <br />be operated in full accord with the rules and <br />regulations of the Dept. of Natural Resources <br />and Community Development. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of March, 1978. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />McClary and carried, a grant application for $10,925 for a <br /> <br />property information system was approved. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hammett stated that the public meeting on <br /> <br />the airport has been scheduled for March 21, 1978, 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />at the Armory. <br /> <br />Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br /> <br />
