174 <br /> <br /> F. A trip sheet is completed by traveler, <br />approved by the Office/Agency Head and forwarded <br />to Fiscal Officer for settlement. <br /> <br />VII. Travel Advances: For "Travel Outside the <br />County" and "Extraordinary Travel" county em- <br />ployees may receive advances for travel expenses, <br />to avoid personal inconvenience or hardships. <br />The employee must make a request in writing, using <br />the approved trip sheet, estimating the travel <br />cost, to the Office/Agency Head who will approve <br />as being proper under this policy and forward to <br />the Fiscal Officer in sufficient time for process- <br />ing. The Fiscal Officer will issue a check in the <br />amount at the approved estimate, to the employee. <br /> <br /> Immediately upon completion of the travel, <br />the employee will present an approved trip sheet <br />to the Fiscal Officer and return any money advanced <br />in excess of the actual expenses approved on the <br />trip sheet to the Fiscal Officer. Any amount <br />advanced and subject to return to the county, not <br />promptly refunded may be deducted from pay due <br />the employee. <br /> <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hammett, seconded by Commissioner <br /> <br />Cook and unanimously carried, the following fire departments <br /> <br />roster of men were approved for certification for the N.
