191 <br /> <br />were approved: request for addition - Winter Street, off <br /> <br />Walker Road and Mesimer Road. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Cook stated the Planning Board had made <br />significant ,progress in completing the Subdivision Ordinance. <br />Chairman Hawfield requested a copy of the completed Subdivision <br />Ordinance as soon as possible in order to review it. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner McClary and unanimously carried, the Board will notify <br />the National Association ~f Counties Organization (NACO) of its <br />interest in hosting the 120-photo exhibit which will travel <br />throughout the United States for a period of two years. <br /> <br /> Chairman Hawfield authorized the County Manager, Charles <br />McGinnis, to contact Architect George Griffin concerning the <br />water leakage in the lobby on the second floor of the Courthouse. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Hammett advised the Board to provide pamphlets <br />with pertinent information pertaining to the bond referendum. <br />The Cabarrus County Health Department can print 10,000 pamphlets <br />at a total cost of $40.95. Mr. Charles McGinnis, Chairman Hawfield, <br />Mr. John Boger, and Mr. Don Howell will meet in order to decide on <br />the information to be contained in the pamphlets. <br /> <br /> Action was deferred until the September, 1978 Board meeting <br /> on the Concord City Library appropriation. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner McClary, seconded by Commis- <br /> sioner Hammett and carried unanimously, the meeting was adjourned <br /> until August 22, 1978 at 4:00 P.
