215 <br /> <br /> Chairman Hawfield set September 19, 1978, at 7:30 P.M. <br />as the date and time to award contracts in all catagories <br />for construction of Building "B". <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by <br />Commissioner Cook and unanimously carried, the Board <br />adopted a resolution appointing Jaymee S. Floyd as <br />Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> <br /> Chairman Hawfield requested that the County Manager <br />compose a letter to the State of North Carolina indicating <br />the Commissioners' desire that Reed Gold Mine be open to <br />the public on all legal holidays. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hammett, seconded by <br />Commissioner Cook and unanimously carried, the <br />meeting was adjourned until September 19, 1978, at <br />4:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
