That each of said parties of the second part will <br />use the funds paid to it by Cabarrus County for fire pro- <br />tection work and at the end of the fiscal year will make an <br />accounting to Cabarrus County for the use of said funds. <br /> <br /> 4. This contract may be renewed by mutual consent of <br />the parties which can be evidenced by appropriation by Cab- <br />arrus County in its annual budget.
