Glenn Hawfield, Jr. <br /> Commissioners: Robert A. McClary <br /> John A. Hammett <br /> Marcelle Milloway <br /> Troy R. Cook <br /> At Chairman Hawfield's~request, Commissloner McClary called for the <br />invocation which was given b~ Reverend George F.
