McGinnis, County Manager, presented Chairman Hawfield, <br />Commissioner McClary, and Commissioner Hammett with individual plaques of <br />appreciation for services rendered from the Cabarrus County Department Heads <br />as an expression of gratitude. <br /> UPON MOTION of CommissionerMilloway, seconded by Commissioner Cook <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to have the foregoing facts and <br />presentations included in the minutes. Commissioner Hammett said, "This <br />is one thing that we will not be 3 to 2 on." <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Milloway <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to adjourn and to reconvene as the <br />Cabarrus County Senior Services, Incorporated. <br /> <br /> Chairman Hawfield called the meeting of the Cabarrus County Senior <br />Services, Incorporated, to order. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Cook <br />and unanimously carried, the Senior Services Board moved to have the new <br />incoming County Commissioners - Commissioner Ralph Bonds, Commissioner James <br />Lentz, and Commissioner Ray Allen- appointed as officers to the Cabarrus <br />County Senior Services Board, <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Hawfield, seconded by Commissioner McClary <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to adjourn. <br /> <br /> At 10:00 A.M. on Monday, December 4, 1978, the Honorable James C..
