McGinnis, County Manager, presided over the organization of the incoming Board of Commissioners. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Allen, seconded by Commissioner Bonds and unanimously carried, the Board elected Commissioner Cook as Chairman. UPON MOTION of Chairman Cook and unanimously carried, the Board elected Commissioner Bonds as Vice-Chairman. Chairman Cook presided over the remainder of the meeting. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Bonds and unanimously carried, the. Board reappointed Mr. John Boger as County Attorney. The Board requested that the accounting firm of Sherill & Smith be present at the January meeting to answer questions relating to the County's 1977-78 annual audit by this firm. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Bonds and unanimously carried, the Board moved to reappoint Sherill & Smith CPAs as the County's Audit Firm. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and unanimously carried, the Board approved the following nominations to the Cabarrus County Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee as submitted by the four Nursing Homes' Administrators in the County: Mr. Browdis E. Massey Mrs. Kenneth (Martha) Williams UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Bonds and unanimously carried, the Board moved to table the remaining appoint- ments to the Cabarrus County Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee until after lunch.
