The said survey line and the widths <br />and margins of the easement are shown on that certain map entitled "Philip <br />Morris USA Sewer Line" dated February 12, 1980 prepared by Thomas W. Harris, <br />R.L.S. and recorded in Plat Book at Page in the Cabarrus County <br />Public Registry with the survey line being described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point in the centerline of Union Cemetery Road <br /> (State Road # 1375) where said centerline is intersected by an <br /> imaginary line which is parallel to and 8 feet northwesterly from the <br /> existing northerly margin of a Duke Power Company transmission line <br /> right-of-way, said point of beginning also being located in an easterly <br /> boundary line of the property of Philip Morris Incorporated as shown <br /> on a map thereof recorded in Plat Book 18 at Page 36 in the Cabarrus <br /> County Public Registry, reference to which is hereby made, said <br /> beginning point also being located according to Philip Morris Plant <br /> Grid System at grid coordinates N = 601,441.38 and E = 1,520,729.22 <br /> and runs thence N. 51-54-35 E. 30.28 feet to a point in the northeasterly <br /> right-of-way margin of Union Cemetery Road; thence continuing N. 51-54-35 <br /> E. 639.08 feet to a point in the westerly right-of-way margin of U.
