530 <br /> <br /> Mr. Charles McGinnis presented the 1981-82 budget for Cabarrus County. <br />The Board scheduled a work session for 7:00 P.M. on May 26 and May 27, <br />1981 to review the budget. Public hearing for the budget was tentatively <br />set for June 17, 1981. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Bonds, seconded by Commissioner Nash and <br />unanimously carried, the Board agreed that the only individuals allowed <br />to speak at the budget work sessions would be department heads. <br /> The Board discussed the procedure for holding a public hearing on <br />the proposed Zoning Ordinance. It was suggested that two separate public <br />hearings be held at two different places in'the County. No decision was <br />made at this time. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Lentz <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
