Pink Motley and. Archie Barnhardt questioned the legality of <br />making the Zoning Ordinance retroactive to the date of the legal notice <br />of the public hearing. <br /> Mr. Manuel Kiser requested that the Board consider all comments made <br />by the citizens at the public hearings. <br /> Mr. Bill Powlas asked the Board to discontinue all discussion of <br />zoning as he stated the majority of persons speaking at the public <br />hearings were opposed to zoning. <br /> The Board scheduled an additional called meeting for 7:00 P.M. on <br />Tuesday, August 4, 1981, with the Planning Board to continue review of <br />the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> UPON MOTION of~Commissioner.
