636 <br /> <br /> Additional changes in the Schedule of Use Regulations included the <br />following. <br /> <br />Farm Machinery, Assembly, Repair and Sales: permitted in A-I and ARR <br />Garden Supply and Seed Stores: permitted in A-I <br />Hardware Sales, Retail: permitted in A-2, A-I and ARR <br />Industrial Supplies and Equipment Sales and Services: permitted in A-I <br />Kennels: conditional in A-2, A-I, ARR <br />Machine Welding Shops: permitted in A-2, A-I and ARR <br />Meat Packing and Poultry Processing: permitted in A-2 and A-I <br />Nurseries, Greenhouses and Truck Gardens: permitted in ARR <br />Nursery Schools and Day Care Centers: permitted in C-3 <br />Airports, Private Non-Commercial: conditional in I-2 <br />Airports, General Aviation: conditional in I-2 <br />Pressure Wood Treatment Plants: permitted in A-2 <br />Restaurants (Excluding Drive-Ins): permitted in A-2, A-I and ARR <br />Sawmills and Planing Mills: permitted in A-2, A-I and ARR <br />Wooden Product Manufacturing: permitted in A-I, ARR, I-1 and I-2 <br />Service Stations: permitted in A-2, A-I and ARR <br />Stables: permitted in A-I and ARR <br />Tobacco Products, cigar and cigarette manufacturing, tobacco stemmery, <br /> sheet processing and other related facilities, processes and <br /> activities; conditional in A-I <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Chairman Bonds and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved Freezer Lockers and Ice Plants as <br />permitted uses in A-2 and A-I. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board accepted Home Occupations, Rural as conditional <br />in R-40 with a minimum lot size of 80,000 square feet. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Bonds, seconded by Commissioner Nash and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved Livestock Sales as a conditional use <br />in A-I and ARR. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved Mobile Homes Class I (doublewide) as <br />a permitted use in A-2, A-I, ARR, and R-7.2 and as a conditional use in R-30. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board agreed that Mobile Homes Class II will only <br />be permitted in A-2, A-I and ARR zones. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Nash and <br />unanimously carried, the Board agreed that Mobile Home.Parks are to be <br />allowed only in R~7.2, RMF-7 and RMF-6. <br /> The Board deleted Group Homes and Family Care Homes from A-I. <br /> The following additions to the Schedule of Use Regulations are to be <br />made. <br /> <br />Under Single-Family Detached: add P* in A-I P*. <br />Two-Family Dwellings: add P-3 under R-9 <br /> add P-4 under R-7.2 <br />P-3 - minimum lot size of 13,500 square feet <br />P-4 - minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet <br /> <br /> The Board agreed to hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 5, 1982, at <br />6:30 P.M. to discuss the conditional use section and I-X considerations. <br /> Chairman Bonds adjourned the meeting until 9:00 A.M. on Friday, <br />January 1, 1982. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
