Boundary line for the new R-8 zone was delineated as Green .Street to <br />Circle Drive to the Railroad Tracks. Northern portion of this <br />existing R-9 zone will be R-8 and allow single mobile homes while <br />the remainder of the section will remain R-9. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Cook and <br />unanimously carried, the Board added the following sentence at the end <br />of Subsection 4.7 Exceptions Involving Minor Divisions of Property. <br /> <br />No parcel under one acre in size shall be created by this division. <br /> <br /> ~ The Board suggested that Mr. W. S. Chandler, Jr., Planning Director, <br />locate land in the Zoning Atlas that is currently zoned R-40 that could <br />possibly be changed to R-30. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to table discussion of the proposed <br />Zoning Ordinance until the public hearing, to meet on January 6, 1982 to <br />discuss the proposed Minimum Housing Code, and to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Board <br /> <br /> <br />
