25 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Bonds, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the Durham property change from <br />RMF-6 to C-3 on Sheet 5623(17) of the official Zoning Atlas and the <br />Furr property change from RMF-6 to C-3 on Sheet 5623(17) of the Zoning <br />A'~las. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Chairman Bonds and <br />unanimously carried with Commissioner Cook abstaining, the Board approved <br />the change from R-40 to R-30 for that area on the East side of Kannapolis <br />from the County line on the Old Salisbury-Concord Road to Coldwater Creek <br />extending to Lake Lynn Road. The exact boundary line for this zone is <br />delineated on Sheet 5640 of the Zoning Atlas. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Nash and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved that all changes approved by the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners on the Zoning Atlas since certi- <br />fication by the Planning Board be incorporated into the Zoning Atlas. <br /> Mr. David M. Kiser requested his 54-acre tract of land on Cold Springs <br />Road be changed from ARR to R-30. The Board declined to take any action on <br />this request until members of the Board had an opportunity to speak with <br />other residents in that community. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried,-the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
