Commissioner Nash expressed <br />displeasure with the manner in which the public hearing had been carried <br />out and the lack of unanimity between the Planning Board members and the <br />Planning Department staff. During further discussion of this matter, the <br />Board addressed concerns incolving the speed in which the amendments were <br />presented to the Planning Board and subsequent recommendation to the Board <br />of Commissioners as well as the unavailability of minutes of the Planning <br />Board meeting to members of that Board prior to the public hearing.
