102 <br /> <br />Carolina for treatment and the <br />acquisition of necessary land, <br />rights of way and equipment, and <br />authorizing the levy of taxes in an <br />amount sufficient to pay the principal <br />of and the interest on said bonds, <br />be approved? <br /> <br />YES <br />NO <br /> <br />WATER BONDS <br /> <br />Shall the order adopted on March 1, <br />1982, authorizing not exceeding <br />$7,700,000 Water Bonds of the <br />County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, <br />for the purpose of providing funds, <br />with any other available funds, for <br />constructing a portion of a water <br />system for said County, including <br />the construction and installation <br />of water mains and lines, water <br />storage tanks, water pumping stations <br />and appurtenant facilities for the <br />distribution of water to be provided <br />by the City of Concord, North <br />Carolina and Stanly County, North <br />Carolina and the acquisition of <br />necessary land, rights of way and <br />equipment, and authorizing the levy <br />of taxes in an amount sufficient to <br />pay the principal of and the interest <br />on said bonds, be approved? <br /> <br /> YES <br /> NO <br /> <br /> Section 5. The Clerk of the Board of Commissioners is hereby <br />directed to mail or deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the County <br />Board of Elections of Cabarrus County within three days after the adoption <br />hereof. <br /> <br />Section 6. This resolution shall take effect upon its passage. <br /> <br /> Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lentz, the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL <br />BOND REFERENDUM" was passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners BOnds, Nash, Cook, Lentz, Payne <br />Noes: None <br /> <br /> I, Frankie F.
