106 <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Chairman Bonds and seconded by Commissioner Cook <br />with Chairman Bonds and Commissioner Cook voting for and Commissioners <br />Nash and Lentz voting against to refer the amendment back to the Planning <br />Board. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Nash with <br />Commissioners Lentz, Nash, and Cook voting for and Chairman Bonds voting <br />against, the Board moved to reconsider the proposed amendment at the next <br />meeting to be held in two months. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Section 3.2-4 Schedule of Use Regulations: page 16 Mobile Home <br />(Class I) change Conditional Use in R-30 to Permitted Use. <br />Mobile Home (Class II) change Non-Permitted Use in R-30 to <br />Permitted Use. <br /> <br />(3) Section 9.7-13 and 9.7-14 delete the section on Conditional Use for <br /> Mobile Home prmits. <br /> <br />(4) Section 5.16 Mobile Home Standards: Subsection B Criteria for <br /> Class II (single wide) Mobile Homes: <br /> <br />(a) Ail Mobile Homes in R-30 and R-8 zoning districts shall be <br /> skirted when placed on individual lots. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />All Mobile Homes in R-30 and R-8 zoning districts placed <br />in individual lots shall have a porch, deck, etc. with a <br />minimum of 36 square feet floor space. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Cook with <br />Commissioners Lentz and Cook and Chairman Bonds voting for and Commissioner <br />Nash voting against, the Board adopted Zoning text Amendments 2, 3, and 4 <br />as stated above. <br /> <br />(5) Section 4.10 Exception Concerning Submitted Subdivision Plats: <br /> <br />These subdivisions shall meet the minimum Schedule of Development <br />Standards as set forth for the R-15 Zoning District excluding <br />Minimum Lot Size. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the amendment as presented. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />On premise signs be allowed in ARR, A-2 and A-I zones, the size <br />100 square feet maximum. The number per establishment 2, per <br />lot 2. These signs will only be permitted for commercial or <br />industrial uses. This is an amendment to Section 3.4, table of <br />permitted size and number of on sight signs by districts and to <br />include changing Section 3.2-3 applicability of use regulations <br />page 19, (on premise) to change non-permitting to permitted in <br />A-2, A-I and ARR zones. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to adopt this zoning text change as <br />stated. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the ~oard <br /> <br /> <br />
