158 <br /> <br /> (c) That at said referendum there were submitted to the qualified <br />voters of said County the following questions: <br /> <br />Shall the order adopted on March 1, 1982, authorizing <br />not exceeding $17,300,000 Sanitary Sewer Bonds of the <br />County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, for the purpose of <br />providing funds, with any other available funds, for <br />constructing a portion of a sanitary sewer system for <br />said County, including the construction of a sewage <br />treatment plant, the construction and installation of <br />sewage interceptor mains, sewage outfall mains, sewage <br />force mains, a sewage pumping station and appurtenant <br />facilities to transport sewage to said sewage treatment <br />plant and a sewage treatment plant owned by the City of <br />Concord, North Carolina for treatment and the acquisition <br />of any necessary land, rights of way and equipment, and <br />authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount sufficient to <br />pay the principal of ard the interest on said bonds, be <br />approved? <br /> <br />Shall the order adopted on March 1, 1982, authorizing <br />not exceeding $7,700,000 Water Bonds of the County of <br />'Cabarrus, North Carolina, for the purpose of providing <br />funds, with any other available funds, for constructing <br />a portion of a water system for said County, including <br />the construction and installation of water mains and <br />lines, water storage tanks, water pumping stations and <br />appurtenant facilities for the distribution of water to <br />be provided by the City of Concord, North Carolina and <br />Stanly County, North Carolina and the acquisition of <br />necessary land, rights of way and equipment, and author- <br />izing the levy of taxes in an amount sufficient to pay <br />the principal of and the interest on said bonds, be <br />approved? <br /> <br /> (d) That no complaints have been made to this Board against the <br />regularity of said referendum. <br /> (e) That said referendum and the registration therefor were duly <br />and properly held in accordance with law. <br /> Section 2. The following schedule correctly shows the designation <br />of the several precincts at which said referendum was held and, as to <br />each precinct, the location of the voting place, the number of voters <br />registered and qualified to vote, the number of votes cast in favor of <br />each question submitted and the number of votes cast against each question <br />submitted.
