Grant .00 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the addition of Famous Drive and <br />Songwood Road to the state road system. <br /> Mr. Jack Rankin, Planning Board Chairman, and Mr. Jim Owens, Interim <br />Planning Director, presented the proposed Mobile Home Ordinance as certified <br />and recommended by the Planning Board. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Nash and <br />unanimously carried, the Board accepted the proposed Mobile Home Ordinance <br />from the Planning Board and called for a public hearing on the proposed <br />ordinance at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 30, 1982. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board amended the minutes of September 20, 1982, <br />to correct the serial number for Lewis Crook's service revolver from <br />7071967 to 7D71967. <br /> Mr. Charles McGinnis, County Manager, requested clarification of <br />action taken by the Board on October 4, 1982, to carry any employee retiring <br />between that date and January 1, 1983, who is not age 65 or over on the <br />County's group health insurance policy until the Board makes a determination <br />in January regarding insurance benefits for retired employees. He asked <br />if it were the intention of the Board for the County to pay the premium <br />for the month of December of if the two employees, J. B. Roberts and Norman <br />Brinkley who were directly affected by this resolution, were to reimburse <br />the County the cost of the insurance premium for the month of December. <br /> <br /> <br />
