222 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution. <br /> <br />Be it resolved that the Town of Harrisburg shall be the lead <br />agency and contracting agency for Cabarrus County as to all <br />matters pertaining to the construction and development of the <br />interceptor sewer line running from the Rocky River Regional <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Town of Harrisburg. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
