Emergency Services <br /> <br /> Vice-Chairman Nash presented Chairman Bonds and Commissioner Cook with <br />individual plaques of appreciation for contributions made by them in service <br />to the citizens of Cabarrus County. <br /> There being no additional business to come before the Board of <br />Commissioners, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br /> At 10:15 A.M. on Monday, December 6, 1982, the Honorable James C. <br />Davis, Judge of the Superior Court, administered the following oaths of <br />office in the Commissioners' Room. <br /> <br /> I, James W. Lentz, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support <br />the Constitution of the United States; so help me, God. <br /> I, James W. Lentz, do solemnly and sincerely swear (or affirm) that <br />I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to the State of North Carolina, <br />and to the constitutional powers and authorities which are or may be <br />established for the government thereof; and that I will endeavor to support, <br />maintain and defend the Constitution of said State, not inconsistent with <br />the Constitution of the United States, to the best of my knowledge and <br />ability; so help me, God. <br /> I, James W.
