Upon advice by the County Attorney that the Board of <br />Commissioners had no jurisdiction in this matter, Chairman Nash informed <br />Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Lambert that the proper procedure for appealing the <br />decision of the Zoning Administrator was to the~Zoning Board of Adjustment. <br />It was also suggested by Commissioner Lentz that the Lamberts pursue the <br />deeding of a lot for the location of the second mobile home. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
