277 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Lentz <br />and unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner <br />Barnhardt and unanimously carried, the Board approved the purchase of <br />the property and building known as the Craig property at a cost of <br />$75,OOO.OO <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board appropriated $75,000.00 from Contingency <br />Fund to Capital Outlay-Property Acquisition for the purchase of the <br />Craig property. <br /> Chairman Nash announced there would be a joint meeting at 7:00 P.M. <br />on Thursday, April 21, 1983, of the Board of Commissioners, the Cabarrus <br />Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisors, and the Watershed Improve- <br />ment Commissioners to receive a report from State officials regarding <br />funding for the Coddle-Cold Water-Dutch Buffalo Creeks Watershed project. <br />The meeting will be held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room at the <br />County Courthouse. <br /> The Board scheduled a luncheon and tour of the Cabarrus Workshop <br />facility during the next Board meeting on May 2, 1983. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
