<br />session at the County Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, on Monday,
<br />May 16, 1983, at 7:00 P.M.

<br /> Kenneth F. Payne
<br /> The invocation was given by Reverend J. A. Burchett of the First Church ·
<br />of God of Concord, North Carolina.
<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and
<br />unanimously carried, the minutes of May 2, May 4, and May 5, 1983, were
<br />approved as written.
<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following budget amendment.
