He <br />presented the following budget for the proposed park to be financed by <br />funds obtained through a Land and Water Conservation Grant to be submitted <br />by the Cabarrus-Rowan Park Commission and local funding to be provided by <br />both Rowan County and Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />North Kannapolis Community Park <br /> <br />Facility <br /> <br />Budget Estimate <br /> <br />1. The Board agreed to <br />transfer $38,000.00 in Revenue Sharing Funds previously allocated to the <br />Frank Liske Park budget and to appropriate an additional $10,750.00 in <br />Revenue Sharing funds to provide local funding for the park proposed by <br />the Cabarrus-Rowan Park Commission.
