336 <br /> <br /> The Parkwood Sanitary District Board, having certified to the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County its resolution to abolish <br />the District's ad valorem tax levy on property in Cabarrus County within <br />the District as hereinabove set forth, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />for the County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> That no levy for the Parkwood Sanitary District be included in the <br />next annual levy to be determined by the Board of County Commissioners <br />for the fiscal year 1983-84. <br /> <br /> Upon Motion of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lentz, the foregoing resolution entitled "Resolution to Levy no Taxes <br />for the Parkwood Sanitary District for the Fiscal Year 1983-84" was passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Chairman Nash NOES: None <br /> <br />Commissioner Barnhardt <br /> <br />Commissioner Milloway <br /> <br />Commissioner Lentz <br /> <br />Commissioner Payne <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
