352 <br /> <br /> Mr. Charles D. McGinnis, County Manager, reported that the Centralina <br />Council of Governments meeting would be hosted by Cabarrus County on <br />September 14, 1983. He asked the Board's authorization to have the meeting <br />at Frank Liske Park, stating that it would be necessary to close the park <br />to other persons at the time of the meeting and to cater food and drinks <br />for the meeting. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by.Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board agreed to have the Centralina Council <br />of Governments meeting at Frank Liske Park on September 14, 1983. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Bomrd <br /> <br /> <br />
