383 <br /> <br /> Mr. Charles D. McGinnis, County Manager, stated that the Board had <br />previously discussed the possible discontinuance of tax collection in <br />Kannapolis because of problems involving the security of personnel and the <br />funds collected. The Board indicated that they wished for the collection <br />of taxes at Kannapolis to continue for at least another year. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
