482 <br /> <br />CCRH = ISC x CH x CH x CRF <br /> CBCI CRRI <br /> <br />Where: <br /> CCRH = Harrisburg's share of the County's <br /> Capital Cost Recovery <br /> <br />ISC = Total cost of all Interceptor Sewers <br /> less any grants State and Federal <br /> <br />CH = Future capacity required for Harrisburg in gpd <br /> <br />CBCI = Maximum capacity in gpd of the Back Creek Interceptor <br /> <br />CRRI = Maximum capacity in gpd of the Rocky River Interceptor <br /> <br />CRF = Capital recovery factor to convert a capital cost to an <br /> annual cost such as the current FmHA loan repayment <br /> rate <br /> <br />The total monthly cost to Harrisburg would then be: <br /> <br />Total Harrisburg ~onthly Cost = RTCH + COMH + CCRH <br /> <br /> 2. That the herein stated formula transportation charges shall <br />continue for the original term of years for Harrisburg's loan to <br />Farmers Home Administration to construct its sewer collector system <br />inside the town of Harrisburg, which project will be constructed <br />simultaneously with the interceptor line. <br /> <br /> 3. Lentz <br /> <br />Chairman, Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />PARTY OF THE SECOND PART <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner <br />Milloway and unanimously carried, the Board agreed to use the same formula <br />as provided in the Agreement between the County and the Town of Harrisburg <br />for the county as a whole on any interceptor lines installed in the county <br />for cost recovery. <br /> The Board reviewed the recommendation from the Cabarrus County Parks <br />and Recreation Advisory Commission for the reappointment of Messrs. <br />Richard Prim and W. O. Barnhardt and for the appointment of Ms. Ann Marie <br />Barrier to the advisory commission. After reviewing provisions of the <br />County's appointment policy to boards and committees, the Board requested <br />that the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission submit two new nominees <br />at the next Board meeting to fill the positions held by Messrs. Prim and <br />Barnhardt. <br /> <br /> <br />
