524 <br /> <br /> Mr. Franklin R. Plummet, attorney representing Southern Homes, Inc., <br />and Mr. R. M. Faggart, reiterated his request for the rezoning of <br />property from ARR to R-7.2 to allow a mobile home park. He presented <br />an additional letter from Mr. Don T. Howell, Director of Utilities of <br />the Concord Board of Light and Water Commissioners, outlining the <br />availability of public sewer service for the land. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner <br />Milloway with Commissioners Barnhardt, }~illoway, and Nash voting for and <br />Commissioner Payne and Chairman Lentz voting against, the Board moved <br />to uphold the Planning Board's decision approving Petition 84-04 to <br />rezone property on Cold Springs Road, Map/PIN 5569-46-2645, from ARR to <br />R-7.2. <br /> The Board agreed to meet with the Cabarrus members of the Piedmont <br />Area Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Authority <br />for dinner at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, .March 15, 1984.
