The Board received Mr. Smith's request <br />and no action was taken in the matter. <br /> The Board reviewed the following bids received by the Centralina <br />Council of Governments for food service for the nutrition program. <br /> <br />Caterers Cabarrus Gaston Iredell Rowan Stanly <br /> <br />ARA Services <br />Beatties Open Kitchen <br />Ketner"s Inc. <br />Servomation Corp. 1.771 <br /> <br />1.9628 <br /> <br /> 1.64 <br /> 1.65 <br />1.832 1.746 1.643 2.02 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board accepted and recommended to the <br />Centralina Council of Governments the award of the food service bid to <br />Servomation Corporation in the amount of $1.771 per meal. <br /> The Board considered the zoning matters which were deferred from <br />the zoning public hearing on March 1,1984. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway. seconded by Commissioner <br />Barnhardt with Commissioners Milloway, Barnhardt, and Nash voting for <br />and Commissioner Payne and Chairman Lentz voting against, the Board <br />agreed to uphold the Planning Board's determination to deny Petition <br />84-01 to rezone property belonging to Mr. and Mrs. Herman Childers from <br />C-1 to C-3. at the corner of Lane Street and Wright Avenue, Map/PIN 5624(19)- <br />61-5597, 61-6551. <br /> <br /> <br />
