534 W I TNE S SETH : - That for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations to the said party of the first part in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part does hereby give, grant and convey unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a utility easement for the construction, installation and maintenance of an electric utility line across the property hereinafter described, said easement to be ten feet wide and more particularly described as follows: Lying and being in No. 12 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, on the South side of Means Avenue, Southeast, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a new iron stake in the South edge of Means Avenue, Southeast (said stake being S. 46-19-06 W. 33.25 feet from an existing iron pin, the northeast corner of a lot leased to Historic Cabarrus, Inc., by the party of the first part); and runs thence S. 61-38-59 E. 17.73 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 41-38-59 E. 41.29 feet to an pin; thence S. 86-38-59 E. 38.42 feet to an iron pin in the East line of the property leased to Historic Cabarrus, Inc.; thence with the East line of said leased property, S. 41-38-59 E. 7.13 feet to an existing iron pin, the Southeast corner of the tract leased to Historic Cabarrus, Inc.; thence with the South line of said leased tract, S. 48-15-06 W. 7 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 86-38-59 W. 42.66 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 41-38-59 W. 43.67 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 61-38-59 W. 19.21 feet to an iron pin in the South edge of Means Avenue; thence with the South edge of Means Avenue, N. 46-19-06 E. 10.51 feet to the BEGINNING. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid easement unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever. Lentz Chairman The Board received the request from the Department of Transportation for a resolution approving the addition of Wintercrest Drive in the Heritage Woods Subdivision and Willowbrook Drive, an unpaved street off SR 1304, to the state road system. Members of the Board expressed concern that there is presently a street named Willowbrook Drive in the juris- diction of the City of Concord and directed that the road requested for addition to the state road system be renamed. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt and unanimously carried, the Board approved the addition of Wintercrest Drive to the state road system. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Payne and unanimously carried, the Board approved the addition to the state road system of the unpaved portion, 623 feet, of the road off of SR 1304 as shown on the map recorded in Map Book 19, page 60, in the Office of Register of Deeds for Cabarrus County. This road is to be named at a later date. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Nash and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following budget amendment.
