Lentz <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br /> The Board received the request from the Department of Transportation <br />for a resolution approving the addition of Wintercrest Drive in the <br />Heritage Woods Subdivision and Willowbrook Drive, an unpaved street off <br />SR 1304, to the state road system. Members of the Board expressed concern <br />that there is presently a street named Willowbrook Drive in the juris- <br />diction of the City of Concord and directed that the road requested for <br />addition to the state road system be renamed. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the addition of Wintercrest <br />Drive to the state road system. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Payne <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the addition to the state road <br />system of the unpaved portion, 623 feet, of the road off of SR 1304 as <br />shown on the map recorded in Map Book 19, page 60, in the Office of Register <br />of Deeds for Cabarrus County. This road is to be named at a later date. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Nash <br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following budget amendment. <br /> <br /> <br />
