548 <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners shall appoint: <br />-two representatives from private industry with expertise <br /> in the area of personnel matters <br />-one representative from a state agency knowledgeable <br /> of state personnel policies <br />-one citizen at large <br /> <br /> UPON SUBSTITUTE MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner <br />Milloway and unanimously carried, the Board tabled the proposed review, <br />update and republishing of the Cabarrus County Personnel Ordinance as <br />proposed by Commissioner Nash until the next meeting at which time Mr. <br />Charles D.
