38 <br /> <br /> Commissioner Milloway commended the Sheriff's Department and Kannapolis <br />Police Department for the apprehension of the fugitive in the county on <br />August 14, 1984. <br /> Mr. Don Sellars of Silver ~ple Estates repeated his previous request <br />that Cabarrus County sell water to Silver Maple Estates at a utility rate <br />and that the County accept the water lines already in place in the <br />subdivision adjoining the mobile home park. Chairman Lentz requested <br />Mr. Thomas B. Robinson, Planning Director, and Mr. Paul Watson, Engineer, <br />to meet with Mr. Sellars regarding this matter and present a recommendation <br />to the Board at a later date. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned at 10:10 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
