175 <br /> <br /> Mr. Bill Bonny expressed concern regarding the need for a turning lane <br />at the site of the new National Guard Armory at the intersection of Highway <br />49 and Old Charlotte Road. Commissioner Barnhardt was requested to discuss <br />this matter with the Transportation Advisory Committee. <br /> Chairman Lentz reminded Board members that the Board would not meet <br />on March 4 and would meet at 7:00 P.M. on March 7, 1985, to handle any <br />regular matters of business in addition to the zoning matters scheduled <br />for that time. <br /> The Board discussed the possibility of a joint meeting of the Concord <br />Board of Aldermen, the Board of Light and Water Commissioners, and the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners. A meeting is to be arranged at the <br />earliest convenient date. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 9:15 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
