206 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that the Board had discussed the proposal <br />regarding the Board of Light and Water Commissioners during the Executive <br />Session.
