328 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Hamby <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session <br />to discuss property acquisition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Payne <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to terminate the Executive <br />Session. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board authorized the County Attorney to <br />proceed with the purchase of 13 acres in the amount of $26,000.00 in <br />the Coddle Creek Impoundment. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Hamby <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
